Subject: Concern Regarding Treatment of Gold Star Family Dear DSL Truck & Container Sales / Enrollment Center Manager], I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent interaction with your staff while inquiring about TSA PreCheck enrollment for my wife, who is part of a Gold Star family. Her brother lost his life in a U.S. military plane crash while serving our country. Unfortunately, the response we received was not only dismissive, but also came across as ungrateful for the ultimate sacrifice our family has endured. This experience was extremely hurtful and disheartening. As you know, Gold Star families deserve the utmost respect and sensitivity. I would appreciate it if you could review

They do the TSA Pre, TWIC enrollment here also. IdentoGO Location. Great assistance and excellent customer service from the lady that helped me, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Worst company you can do business with! Seriously. Don’t waste your time. All their trucks are pieces of junk and aren’t even worth a penny. Not to mention their services when it comes to business, it’ a joke!

Check your truck before you buy they like to pull shady stuff when selling trucks. I would not recommend this company the customer service is also horrible they will not help you once they sell you a shady truck.

They try to screw you over! Owner doesn’t care about anything or anyone but himself. Do NOT do business with them!!! Run away before you regret it!
