Worst service department of all the dealers I’ve ever dealt with. Truck has been at the dealer for water leaks coming in driver side after over a year and a half of complaining the issue was never fixed paid for some seals last year and never got fixed. Picked the truck up this morning asked them to rotate my tires was charged and they never even touched them same tires in the original spots. Also start and stop feature wasn’t working anymore after replacing battery a few months back. Dealer stated i needed to replace battery I told them it was replaced. I asked them to look into the problem I didn’t think it was the battery since it was replaced the rep said he was going to have to diagnose it for $199. 2 weeks later we get a text truck will need to be send to a body shop for further diag

Just purchased another vehicle from Dupage Jeep. Brian Brundage is incredible to work with. He also had a top notch salesman working with us John Landem. We have also sent many friends and family to them and them have all gotten rock star service. The Jeep service mange is awesome too. . Sheri!!!!

0 stars. We walked in and the salesman had no idea why we were there despite previous communication. He ran around claiming to be looking for the person we spoke to. Acted as if he knew her, told us she worked in internet sales. After we wasted approximately 20 minutes waiting around (we had arranged to be seeing a specific vehicle that fit our criteria) he shows up in front w a vehicle not in our price range and when asked about our contact had to admit that he lied - "she" was AI. So he had no idea what we were looking for. When challenged on the untruth went running for his manager instead of apologizing and asking what we were looking for. What this tells me is that they never had what we were looking for and just wanted to get is in the showroom to groom us for something else. We do n

Tim is the guy. Walked in to acquire about a used Cx-9. Tim was very forward and communicated well. This Cx-9 was a trade in that they had just received and was not available to see or test drive. This vehicle was the one we wanted so we were going to get the paperwork signed and come back another day to put up the Mazda. During the checkout process Tim informed us that the Mazda had passed inspection and would be brought right over from their sister location I loved the simplicity of the process, even in the finance department, no pushy upselling. The guys at Dupage Jeep are doing an honorable job. Thank you for your help again
