Wish I could give them 10 stars. My husband's father passed away unexpectedly in another town and the LAST, the very LAST, thing we needed to have to deal with was a flat tire. A slow leak quickly went to a fast leak so in the middle of everything else we were trying to manage we got the tire inflated and were able to drive it to Durham Tire. The staff there were AMAZING -- friendly, understanding, and efficient. They did a great quick job for us and got us back on the road, along with kind words about our loss. We have always received good service there, but they really went above and beyond this time. Their empathy and responsiveness was much appreciated.

My check engine light turned on and off several times so I took the car in. They checked everything, found no problem, charged me nothing. And the light is no longer coming on. Good guys.

I found myself dealing with a tire flattened by two nails, while facing a return trip to Oxford. Entire staff was friendly and helpful, but shout out to the cool tall dude who even gave me directions to a nearby restaurant while I waited. This kind of kindness is 100% why they're my new go-to place.
