I custom ordered my car a 2023 Kia Seltos from Dutch Miller Of Charleston. My car was purchased with a 20 year 200 K mile Warranty. At 60K miles my engine needs replaced. I have maintenance records proving the car has been maintained. Kia America and Dutch Miller Kia of Charleston refuse to honor my warranty. I have over 30 hours in calls and hundreds of emails. A different story from the dealership and corporate every single time I communicate with them. This has been going on for 2 months and I don’t have a vehicle. I still owe 18K on this car. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. This is consumer fraud. I just want what I paid for. What they sold me. What they still advertise to new customers today.
