Recently purchased a transmission… it’s been weeks and still do not have my $700 part!! We have contacted multiple times, first told it was shipped, then it was demoed, then it was returned, yesterday we were told it was accedently shipped to Iowa! Asked for tracking information and were told it couldn’t be found, owner wasn’t at the store to share it, or just ignored! When a refund was offered we were told it could only be done via cash app and then we recieced a one time code from Cash App trying to authorize a $12,000 PURCHASE!! When we contacted cash app they informed us that there were over a dozen pending purchases online! Total fraud. My dad is 70 years old and this person has totally taken advantage of him. Deserved negative stars!

This company may be great for others, but was and is devastating for me. I have a 2012 Mercedes C 200 with a cracked head. The car is in Mexico and I need another engine. I filled out my information in a general website and was contacted by several suppliers of used engines. This company had good prices and was very attentive until they got my money. They would not let me use Paypal and insisted on a money order or a bank transfer. I should’ve gone with someone who uses Paypal. This company received my bank transfer on May 8, 2025. I am writing this on July 5, 2025 and I do not have my engine. Apparently they have no intention of sending me an engine and now the owner, Mel Aguilar, has gone dark regarding a promised refund.
