After Audi service told me they couldn’t find the issue without dismantling my trunk—and quoted me over $200 just for the diagnostics—they suggested I go to a body shop instead. Thankfully, I found European Auto in North Hampton through a recommendation on Facebook. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than a day, and the total repair cost less than what Audi wanted just to look at it! Amazing communication and super friendly staff. I’ve definitely found my new go-to shop.

Called because my car partially flooded in a storm surge and I wasn't sure what I needed to do. They asked me a lot of questions over the phone and actually recommended that I may be fine to not bring it in to their mechanics and instead get it deep cleaned somewhere else. He then looked into some contacts to recommend a place that would do more than steam wash my car. The were honest and caring over the phone, and I would definitely go back for any future mechanic work (but I hopefully I won't need to!)

Excellent car care. These guys are thorough and take the time to explain what’s needed now and coming up! They explain exactly what’s happening and take time to answer all your questions. It’s so nice to have a local shop with expert mechanics.
