I've been relying on Max BMW for over 10 years to keep my bikes in top shape. They always offer good prices but fast service is essential when the bike is disassembled waiting for that "One Part". Huge Inventory means one-stop-shopping as they have always had every part I needed, even for older bikes.

Unparalleled customer service. Great communication. When my order was delayed recently, I was notified promptly as to why. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find a BMW travel coffee cup in side as a courtesy. For years MAX BWW have helped maintain my BMW K100RT, that I have owned since new, in tip top shape. I will never go elsewhere for my BMW parts and accessories!

Found the website intuitive and easy to use. I loved the parts diagrams. My order was processed and shipped quickly. This order was to make up for the failure of another vendor and what a difference in service, which is what we are really paying for. I also had another order with Max BMW that experienced problems with shipping. The shipping company is reimbursing me, but what stands out is I made one call to Max, talked to Russ, and explained what happened. A duplicate order was quickly processed and is on its way. Being a small business owner myself, I certainly appreciate good service as I believe that is what sets me apart from competitors. Max BMW's level of service sets them apart from their competitors. Recently ordered parts. You deal with an apparent fake person called Francis that would not respond to any Emails. After ordering parts you are asked to provide feedback on your order as they „truly value your business and strive to constantly improve, we want to hear from you.“ The feedback link provided gets you right back to the Onlineshop. An interesting interpretation of truly valuing business - the more the merrier - might work for others. Anyways, if you know what you need, you have no questions, and just want a transaction to be completed decently fast, go for it! However, you could also go with a dealer that does both: actually valuing customers and fulfillment of orders.
