Midas

After talking with my Service Tech he recommended Midas for a couple repairs I needed on my WRX. I went over to see if the work I needed done was something that they did and was greeted by the Store Manager Connor. He said all the work I needed which was a CV Axle replacement, brakes and rotors and fixing a minor exhaust leak were all things that could be done there and in a very timely fashion. The day the parts came in I went over at open of business and by lunch time everything was done. Chris the Technician that did all the work happened to be a Subaru enthusiast himself and took great care of my car while in the shop. He even went out of his way to clean up my fogged headlights a little bit for better visibility and offered to do a full headlight restoration if I wanted. I would have

Love this place. Get my oil and tires rotated they checked my engine totally. I've been going here for 2 years with my old car in my new car and I have absolutely no complaints and I also get my inspection sticker done. Yay!

Half my tires were worn out prematurely because they never rotated them once and I’ve been here multiple times for routine maintenance. They noted the worn tread but missed a bulge in the sidewall. Also did not fill windshield wiper fluid as promised. They literally do nothing besides change the oil. I now have to pay up earlier than scheduled as a result of their carelessness. Awesome shop. We travel full time in our rv. We had an issue on one of our tires on our truck traveling from Maine to New Hampshire. We pulled in spoke to the service manager which was very polite and professional. Unfortunately they didn’t have our tire size in stock but he swapped out the tire with our spare. Saved me time and effort. We were back on the road in less than an hour, free of charge. If we were closer I would have went back and got all my tires changed but unfortunately our destination was about an hour and half away. Thanks to the employees at this establishment. It’s really nice to know that there are people out there that take pride in their work.

I can not say enough thanks to the people who work here. The manager and the technicians are all very nice, helpful, professional and efficient. This garage is also one of the cleanest garage I have ever been with fresh air (do not know how they manage to do that!), which makes our wait very pleasant. The price is very reasonable as well. They helped us get a last minute inspection and fixed a few things and gave us detailed reports about our car. Truly, truly grateful for the great people here and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
