Jesse and the whole team here are amazing. Literally every step of the process was simple and streamlined. It's amazing to see a dealership that actually cares about your time. They were straightforward and efficient and got everything done quickly. This is what car buying should be, not to mention they have great inventory and I got a money tree walking out the door. My son bought a Tesla Model 3 from Green Wave and it was an easy and straightforward process. Their pricing is honest and they don't try to scam you like most car dealers with lots of bogus add-on fees that they don't tell you about until the final paperwork comes out. The entire process was simple and efficient. They have a nice inventory of quality EVs. We had a little hiccup with a problem that Green Wave didn't know about and we didn't run into until after the purchase, but we discovered it when Tesla was working on the car. Greenwave came through to make things right and honored their 30-day warranty. Quality cars from quality people. I highly recommend Green Wave EV!

Go here first if you’re thinking about getting a used EV! Stephanie and the team made this a perfect experience choosing my first EV. I was able to drive a variety of brands and they are so knowledgeable and patient with all the questions & concerns that come with this decision. Extremely fair on the trade-in and their financing via a CU beat the rate on my own CU. If I had to choose a negative, the car could’ve been cleaner, but a deluxe detail at my local dealer took care of that- no regrets and love my car!

Very much appreciated that Green Wave had many used EVs in stock because we were not able to find that level of choice in our local area even after visiting at least six different dealers. That’s why we sought them out in the first place. Overall, the car buying process was smooth & relatively stress free. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable & timely in their responses. If an answer was not known immediately, the person followed up once it was known. For a reasonable fee Green Wave took care of the registration tasks as we live around two hours away from their dealership in Western Mass - well worth the cost. From my first contact to getting in my new car, it was flawless. Jesse, Molly and Peter are kind and thorough. I had an issue with a missing part ( no fault of theirs ) and they immediately took care of it. The showroom is beautiful, comfortable and clean with the smell of fresh plants.
