I had a fully functioning XK150 wiper motor in my XK 140. I needed to replace it with the correct one for concours showing. I bought supposedly a refurbished working XK140 wiper motor and was charged an extra $300 “core charge” to be refunded after I sent the XK150 wiper motor to them. I sent it. I never got the refund. The owner, Max hung up on me after I asked about my $300 refund, then stopped answering my phone calls. The XK 140 wiper motor he sent had to be repaired that. DO NOT buy from Eastcoast Jaguars.

Listed fuel pump he did not have and tried to sub a lesser one.Took my core and after contesting with PayPal I got my money back. Sent me back someone else’s awful core with broken off studs and unusable. Sells on eBay under max071492. Shows 100% feedback because they cancel orders and eBay throws out the negatives. So basically wasted a week on my project and I had to jump through hoops to get my money back. They don’t respond until something is contested and then you get a hollow response. Dig deeper into last year and you will find the negatives and neutrals. I only lost my core and the $15 shipping – much better off than most people that they’ve scammed.

Be aware of non-returned charged deposits. I sent is a perfectly good Jaguar XK150 wiper motor to exchange for a “refurbished” XK140 motor in order to have a “correct” one for my XK140. In addition to paying for the refurbished XK140 motor, I was charged an additional $300 “core charge” until my XK150 motor was sent back. After 3 weeks I called Max and he said he didn’t remember the details and to remind him. I recounted the agreement details to him and additionally that the “refurbished” wiper motor he sent didn’t work!! My installor took it apart and repaired it, which I was charged for. Max at Eastcoast Jaguar said he ‘d look it up and get back. After several weeks no response, he now does not answer my calls, and uses his answering machine to filter his calls.

Our business owner bought a windshield wiper back in september. They charged an extra $200 which he reassured us would be refunded once he got the core mailed to him. We have the confirmation saying it was delivered to his address and still haven't been refunded the $200.

I needed a rebuild of my Lucas wiper motor for my Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, but was hesitant to have East Coast Jaguar do it because of their ratings on Google Maps. That said, I still did it...and the service/price/value was outstanding. I provided my 'core' for rebuild and they rebuilt it like new in 2 days, and sent it right back. I couldn't have been any happier!
