I did not have a good experience here. I came to get my brakes changed and an AC leak diagnosed. Dropped it off the minute they opened. All that was accomplished in one day was an inspection of the vehicle for the entire day. They did not change my brakes or figure out where the leak was. I was charged $100. Their estimate to change my brakes was almost $1,200. In their report, they claimed that I had an oil leak and it was one quart low. I had changed my oil 6 days prior to taking it into their shop. I checked my oil level multiple times after changing it, and would have noticed a quart of oil leaked into my driveway. Don’t waste your time or money bringing your vehicle here. One positive is that the front desk receptionist was very nice.

I am looking forward to using this garage for my auto needs. It was easy to get in for a diagnosis and estimate of an electrical issue. The communication has been very efficient, helpful and clear. I cannot rate cost because everything seems expensive to me these days and I did not compare with others locations. Likely reasonable.

I had an amazing experience at east cooper auto pros. Bob , Pat and the whole team made me feel like family right when I came through the door. Just moved to the area and needed some repairs done to my jeep. I would definitely recommend to have your service done here! The car was inspected thoroughly and several issues were found from routine wear - all were photographed and documented. I never felt pressure to fix anything not crucial. Communication and customer service were excellent. From the front desk to the garage, it’s a top notch crew.

Bob, Dan, Hannah, and everyone there have been honest, patient, and incredibly thorough. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never make you feel pressured, and genuinely care about doing what’s best for you and your vehicle.
