Had a fabulous experience looking for a car here with my son. Frmm the first phone call I had with Mitch, to the help deciding what type of car my son really wanted, Mitch and the staff here listened and recc a great vehicle that was not originally on the consideration list. It fit all the criterea, and was purchased after a night's sleep on it. The purchase experience was classy, enjoyable and most of all fair and transparent. This was the first car lot sales experience for my grown son, and he is fortunate to have had such a qualilty experience. Thank you Eastside Subaru! On January 31st, 2025, I walked in and without no hesitation nor discrimination, Joe sat us down to help us right away. He answered all my questions honestly and accurately. Joe provided much moral support for me as I had not ridden a manual car for 7 years. I was allowed to take the Acura Integra, Apex Blue Pearl for a spin and fell in love with it. My last two cars was an Acura TSX 2006 and Chevy Cruze 2012, so I wasn't used to all the modern infotainment system in the new Acura. I started to realize this is how my dad must have felt using computers and smart phones with the latest firmware updates and apps. Can't speak for the rest of the company but I highly recommend not dealing with Travoy to get your used car from this place. He will agree to a lower number that is in your budget first and then retract and try to convince you to pay more than the car is listed for. It screams shady sales practices and makes you feel like you're being scammed.

I had an amazing experience buying my 2023 Subaru Outback here. Justin, my sales associate, is extremely helpful and personable.
