K.J. & Del are knowledgeable & friendly. They provide excellent customer service. I had an oil pressure light show up on my dash. I stopped in early, without an appointment, and K.J. got my car in that morning. He was kind enough to offer a loaner car which I greatly appreciated. I have recommended EA&T to many people. They do great work & charge fair prices, much lower than the dealership.

I had an incredible experience with the service that was provided at this shop. I called about issues with my brakes. Kj got me in the next morning. The waiting area and bathroom were clean and well lit. I was greeted with a smile. They had voodoo donuts and offered me one as well as coffee while I waited. He genuinely asked about routine maintenance, turned out I was overdue of an oil change .They got it done as well as replaced a bulb I had mentioned that same day. Kj and the nice guy at the front desk that handed me my key kept me updated as well as explained details clear and simple. The kindness, professionalism and honesty is truly appreciated. I highly recommend Eastside Automotive and Tire.

First timer but I’ve seen these guys twice in two weeks due to driving an older car. Both times got me in next day including a Saturday. Both times very honest about what is needed and which order I should do it due to finances. Both times car was back same day. I love that they do over night drop offs for people with different schedules and offered a loaner car if there is more extensive work to be done. Absolutely recommend; communication, efficiency, prices, etc.

Professional, caring and sensible are the words that I could think of. I went in for a puncture repair, person attending to it gauged it to be 20-25 mins fix and immediately attended to it and did a neat job too. Normally I’ve seen people diagnosing and then putting it on wait, instead here people are mindful and redistributing the work and that way work happens and small issues like mine are getting fixed on the side. This is the way a business should run, while making money also understanding the needs of the customers. Keep it up.

He was absolutely professional at my last visit and I say this having visited similar businesses not long ago; I would say ~ the week of 12/20 last year 2025. Asides the issue I brought for the Eastside Automotive team to evaluate and help address, "KJ" - Khaja Tavitian, identified a secondary issue and supported in addressing same.
