My son purchased his first vehicle from a dealer here. After test drive there was an issue with vehicle they immediately took it to shop had it fixed. Held onto it until my son was able to make it to their dealer. We test drove it again and the issue was resolved. With any used or new vehicle anything can happen. We purchased the 60/100000 mile warranty. Best price for miles. They answered all of our questions and gave other options on purchasing the warranty even if it wasn't through them. They we not pushy with the sale. They were all very friendly. Very nice family business. I'm sure if something were to come up they would do what they could to assist us.

I absolutely loved my experience purchasing my vehicle from Ecars. I’ve had bad luck in the past with purchasing cars from unreliable dealerships but can confidently say that Ecars is different. Update: After this review was posted, the owner responded publicly with a generic request to “contact them directly.” For clarity, I did contact them directly. My messages with dates included are in purple. No resolution was reached. Instead, the communication I received consisted primarily of repeated, inflammatory messages sent in all caps, attempting to shift blame onto me rather than address the issues with the vehicle. Some of these messages included threats of legal action and demands that I remove my review. Additionally, I learned after purchase that the vehicle had an open safety recall at the time of sale that was not disclosed. The recall involved a hood latch striker failure, a serious safety issue that could result in the hood opening while driving and shattering the windsh

Had a great experience with buying my car from here. They were really helpful and the car was in a good condition for being 10+ years old. Haven’t had any major problems with the car since and when I did have a small issue with the engine coil I was able to call Greg and he helped me out with getting it fixed.
