We walked into Eddie Preuitt Ford to specifically look at this truck we had searched for online. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated like family. We had an absolutely perfect, seamless transaction. We have never had such a relaxed, smooth, honest, efficient experience at a dealership like we had today. I went on a mission to find a 2025 expedition platinum in the wild green color. Found this dealer on the google. They had what I was looking for with the exception of a vault and cross bars on the roof. Worked a deal with Ben. All with emails and couple phone call. The day I arrived Ben was off. As I walked into the showroom it looked like a party was going on, load and distracting. I get it, small family business. A tall man handed me the key and suggested I take her for a ride. Today I got a great deal on a used F150. The sales staff were very friendly. Low pressure. Communicated well, made it super simple, stayed late, got me a better interest rate then my bank. Test drove, agreed on a price, finished with financing and title paperwork in roughly two hours, which I thought was very fast. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this shop. I came in back in June for a transmission replacement, which was supposedly covered by my extended warranty. Despite this, I was charged for transmission fluid to “fill” the transmission, but it’s clear that the job was never done properly. When I returned for a follow-up and to have my transmission flushed, I was informed that old fluid was still in the system. Another shop confirmed that used transmissions typically come pre-filled with fluid, so proper procedure would have been to flush the system—not just top it off. The fluid they charged me for was likely never added, and the dark, old fluid shows the work was not done correctly.
