Edge Express Car Wash - Full Service & Detailing Location

Went pretty late to get my car washed and realized the full detail service had already closed at 4pm. Honestly thought I was out of luck, but Derrick stepped up and took care of my car anyway after hours. Dude went above and beyond, super professional, great attitude, and the service was top-tier. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just rushing people through. Shoutout to Derrick for the clutch save, absolute GOAT. This kind of customer service is rare. I’ll definitely be back.

TCs was amazing. Every little attention to detail. Edge is AWFUL omg. I paid $78 for a wash today tipped 20% and they didn’t clean a single inside window not one!!! Not even windshield!!! I paid for the inside express detail. Are there even other full service car washes in Durham? I’d rather wash my own car at this point: this is the second time that yall have left my car dirty

I went to this car wash despite having the negative reviews hoping to have a good experience. Paid for interior cleaning and tire shine. I told the lady that my main area of concern was the build up of dirt and leaves around the trunk. She told me it would be taken care of. I didn’t get a chance to look my car over because I was late for an appointment. I was appalled by the condition of my car. As you can see by the photos, they did not do the cleaning I paid for. My car looked the same.

Not worth the full service. I normally do not leave bad reviews- but this was their $75 interior service. And they did not do a thorough job.

This was my first time having my car actually damaged in a car wash - see picture, tore off the front plastic fender and parking sensor. At the time I thought I was ok - Ryan, co-owner, told me it just happened three times that weekend that the wash tore something off, he’ll take pictures, write an incident report and his co owner would call me back by Wednesday to figure out if they are settling it by cash or check. Then it all went downhill - call on Thursday, Friday, Monday “yes, my co owner will call you back; he is just figuring out the payment”. Then 8 days later said guy, Carlos, calls me and says “hey there was a huge gap on your fender already, so that’s why it was.” I requested the picture/ video - no “massive gap” looks exactly like the other side; called him back and he goes “n
