Amazing experience today. I have been going here for a few years to get both my vehicles sparkling cleaned and this is the first time I’ve received such amazing and personable service. Thank you to the site manager, Daryl Brown, who greeted me with a smile and a discount and Gaven who was just promoted for assisting me. I will remain a continued customer based on their level of services McDonald respect for me. Thank you Edge Express Car Wish. Keep doing what you are doing.

Getting your car wash at some places can be so stressful. Especially with my car. I decided to stop by today, because my car definitely needed a wash. Carden Brandon ( I believe that’s how you spell his name). Absolutely was amazing, his customer service, explaining each membership package in detail, and very easy to talk to. Also, I love it when he didn’t just try to push off a membership. Meanwhile other places will try to up-sale everything.

I had a great experience thanks to Karson. He was very attentive and helpful from the moment I pulled in, he answered all of my questions about the different wash packages. My car looked fantastic afterward. It’s always nice to see someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers kindly.

Rafael was amazing today. He helped me choose the perfect wash for my Lexus. The wash was great, I told my sister and Husband to go wash their cars here. Very little rag drying needed. They also have vaccuums.

I have been going here for about 2 years and being a veteran I always ask about military discounts. I was informed they do not have any which was fine. Then I went and was vacuuming my car and the new manager Mr. Daryl asked if I was getting a discount because he noticed my disabled veteran tags. I informed him I wasn't and he checked the system and applied my military discount!!! So thankful for him going the extra mile to ensure I received my discount. Excellent customer service Mr. Daryl you are greatly appreciated!!!
