Outstanding customer service. I was distressed after experiencing a flat tire enroute to Orangeburg. After calling two other companies who didn’t have my tire on hand, I called Firestone and spoke with Anthony. I explained my predicament. He was kind enough to validate that the tire I needed was indeed in stock. I had my car towed to this location and was met again with gracious and hospitable staff. My invoice was ready when I arrived onsite and within a half hour, I was on my way to visit a dear friend. They made an inconvenient day really bearable. That’s rare! Thank you for a great customer service experience.

I had an excellent experience at edisto tire & lube. I came in needing new tires and wasn’t sure what would be best for my car. The staff took the time to explain my options without pressuring me, and helped me find the perfect set within my budget. They worked quickly, did a thorough job, and even checked my alignment for free. My car rides smoother now, and I feel much safer on the road. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest service and great prices!

Shop is run extremely professionally. Had four tires mounted and balanced as well as two cv axles replaced. My truck is riding as smooth as it did of the dealership lot. 10/10 would recommend

Took my car in due to excess tire wearing and was charged almost 700$ for 2 new ball joints and a tie rod. Left with the same tie rod and only one new ball joint and on top of that they replaced a clamp with a zip tie and now my power steering fluid is leaking everywhere and I need to replace another 200$ part. I very politely called and got told the part was never touched to cause leaking. Had a mechanic call and he was told they took apart the boot thats causing the leak and replaced with a zip tie instead of a clamp. He also confirmed that it was not leaking prior to him deconstructing where the leak was coming from. So basically I paid 700$ for one ball joint and am down 200$ for the part that needs fixed and whatever the labor is for that too.

I don’t know why some people just don’t understand things happen and Edisto Tire and Lube is a locally owned and operated business that I trust to not only service our personal vehicles but also my Fleet vehicles for every service that they offer! In fact they saved my family from a blown tire this morning when they were supposed to be closed so we could still make it to Carowinds on my 2nd oldest daughter’s birthday!! Thanks for the great service and you have my business and trust 100%
