Bottom line, Chris spent more time ensuring that every detail on our car was taken care of than I probably would have! We had Elevated Details come out and do a ceramic coating on our new Telluride. Chris had excellent communication through the entire process and was prompt at answering my questions. Day of he again communicated excellently, arrived on time, and was very open to questions. He spent a great deal of time washing and prepping the vehicle, and managed to blend some surface scratches to be very hidden. Bonus points, my son was very interested in the process and he was exceptionally patient with him and explained what he was doing and why.
