Exceptional customer service, quality body work at a reasonable price. Eli and workers fixed my Ford F150 very quickly and way beyond my satisfaction. If I need body work again I will be using this one.

I'd prefer to leave a 0 star review. My insurance referred me to Eli's. Worse mistake. There was not that much damage. I admit I should have inspected my car more carefully. I had to take it back and have it fixed properly less than 3 months I got it back. The paint was fading. Hood still not straight. Bumper not connected right. Fender still pushed back and the headlight was not put in correctly. They even left parts in my trunk then were supposed to go back on my car. I had to call my insurance company to get it fixed correctly.

I highly recommend this business! Eli's has helped us several times throughout the years with our auto body work, and they always do an amazing job. I happily refer them to my family and friends. They stand behind their work.

They will over charge you. Ladies especially beware. I got a new bumper from getting hit and they charged me almost 1000. Funny how the bumper came painted and all in shape but they charged me for a bumper paint job and realignment. I know it didn’t need either of those (from a previous inspection) and I was estimated between 3-400$. Right. I tried to dispute the charges and the guy said “you want your car or not?” I was so frustrated I paid and left. Found out a friend of mine had similar issues of over charging for services she didn’t need 3 weeks before. Wish I would have done my research.

I was rear ended and unsure of the repair process as well as insurance estimates. Eli was very kind, professional, and worked quickly with my insurance company to complete the process.Thank You Eli and John!!
