Final Update: The powertrain warranty has been cancelled and a check for the prorated refund has been sent. I am pleased we are finally done. This dealership experience would have stayed five stars if CLEAR HONEST COMMUNICATION had been the focus. I appreciate AJ and Zach for trying to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. I had my truck 2 days and now it's already in the shop. They gave me 6k for my trade in "because that's all it's worth" but yet they have it for sale for almost 13k. They didn't even use lube before they screwed me.
