Highly do not recommend!!! They will lie about everything to get you to buy. They will not keep their word about anything. Once you pay they will stop all communication. Steve hasn't paid my sales tax on my "lemon" so now I can't get my title unless I pay again. (I don't not live Michigan so he should not have paid Michigan & that if he even paid) If you bank with Elga definitely don't go here. Was told by Elga they have problems with them all the time. Go somewhere else!!! Update It has now been 4 months & my sales tax have not been paid. Steve still doesn't reply to me. Update again I had to pay my sales tax again. I was told I could request a refund from Michigan at first. Now I'm told it's on Steve to give me my money back because he is at fault. Yet Steve has not answered.

After wading through the slimeballs of used car sales for months, I stumbled upon this GEM of a business. A family owned, and ran company with a down home feel. John and Cindy instantly made us feel like family. John is probably too honest to be a car salesman, and Cindy is literally the best finance expert I've ever experienced. I bought a very high quality vehicle, for a very fair price, and Cindy worked her tail off to get us a very low interest rate. After we made the sale, we sat and chatted like old friends. Love, love, love, love, these guys! My family has purchased at least 15 vehicles through them and never any complaints. We have had issues with a few things YOU ARE buying used and even brand new is not guaranteed! They have went beyond themselves to fix the problem. We have been extremely happy with this family owned business. They are not blood but they treat you like you are. They make each and every one of their customers feel loved and appreciated. Plus, if they don’t have what you are looking for they will find something. These guys are friendly and helpful. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Fantastic small business! Super fair prices and great people working there. I came in looking for a truck and they hooked me up. When I expressed my interest, they made it clear the were aware of minor issues and took care of all of it. Brand new tires, had the AC and air bag sensor repaired. Bought fender flairs and a door handle (it was lose). Also, I work a lot, but luckily I was able to text or email them everything in order to bring my new truck home within a day. Showed up, signed a few papers and drove away. I COULD NOT be happier with my experience and highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for a good used vehicle from an honest business.
