Planet Oil Change Centers of Burton 2

I had another great experience at Planet Oil Change Centers of Burton 2 thanks to Austin. He always does an awesome job every time I stop in. Austin is professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. What I appreciate most is how efficient they are — they always have me in and out quickly without ever making me feel rushed. The service is fast, thorough, and done right. It’s hard to find places that consistently deliver great service like this, but this location definitely does. If you’re looking for a reliable place for an oil change with great customer service, ask for Austin. Highly recommend! 🚗👍

Always friendly and give a cold water, air freshener, and dash wipes. Chris does a good job making me feel that as a woman I am not being taken advantage of with add ins I don't need. Alex was my guy today and very nice.

I paid what was told $100. I received an oil change and an air filter with it. I gave a $100 cash but on my receipt there’s only the oil change charge for $75. Not sure if this is a mistake or someone pocketing the air filter money into their own hands. This type of behavior would give me concern around the quality of work that was done. All and all I did receive the oil change and they did replace the air filter.
