This place is phenomenal. I love that I don't have to set up an appointment ahead of time. I have been going here on and off for 15 years. This location is my favorite and the workers are always gracious and pleasant. Professional service and a great quality oil change. Always in and out in 10 to 15 minutes max.
I had an oil change this morning from the Atherton Rd Burton location . The customer service was excellent and the people working there were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience and will go there again.
I was out of state when my truck hit time to change the oil and did not have an appointment, but magpie got me right in and the tech was great and explaining the options and cost. They got me in & out quickly topping off all my fluids and pointing out any things to watch for in the future. I would highly recommend magpie again to anyone who may need an oil change or service work.
Customer service is always good, never had any problems and never have to wait for service.
