i was more than pleased with the customer service offered. zack worked hard to get my car fixed by the original promised date and worked to get me the lowest deductible. with that being said, it has been nothing but thing after thing since getting my car back. as soon as i pulled into pick it up i noticed a scratch that wasn’t there and was on a part of the car that was supposedly fixed. i pointed it out it was fixed, great. however, when i got home i then noticed one of my reflector lights had a chip, again was not there. and now finally i open my mirror for the first time since having my car back just to see it is smashed. the level of frustration is insane. i take EXCELLENT care of my vehicle only to leave with more damages that will probably cost more than the deductible when i turn my
