Scott and the team got my car back to me looking fantastic after it was hit in an accident, he communicated with me clearly the whole time he had my car there in the shop, and also got it back to me earlier than quoted. Insurance tried to cut corners and Scott made sure the OEM factory body parts were ordered and put on instead so the car looked the way it should. The repairs were done really well and I'm super happy with my experience. Top tier customer service and work!

Really great experience after an unfortunate mistake on my end. Had to pay out of pocket for repairs and Scott made sure to do everything he could to keep repair costs down for me. Car looks great and my lady is happy with it too! I took it to multiple shops and got quotes from places with many more reviews than Elite but Scott struck me as an honest professional and I'm grateful that I went with my gut. Highly recommended!

Scott Lee and his crew did a fantastic job repairing my Outback Touring after it was involved in an accident. He took my car right in and it was finished weeks earlier than what he originally told me. My car looks exactly how it did before the accident. I am definitely satisfied with the work and with the excellent customer service I received!

My experience with Elite Collision was so good that writing a review is my of hopefully communicating how impressed I was. Scott and others there went well beyond what I expected. They were incredibly nice, professional, made great suggestions, and on-time. The car had dents all over it from a tree falling on it and now looks amazing. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend.

Everything about my experience was great, but the 2 things that stood out and put it over the top, inspiring me to write this review were 1) Integrity--The estimate for $1000 worth of work was about $350 less than another estimate I got for the same problems, then when they needed an additional part they called me to inform me of the cost 9an additional $7.00 and ask consent to proceed. 2) When I picked up my car, the whole thing looked like new--not just the part I had work on. The exterior was clean and shining like new, as well as interior dash and console and inside of the doors. Wow factor definitely at play here!
