I have been a loyal customer of Suburban Ford for many years now. When they switched over to Dick Hannah, I was a little skeptical at first, but can tell you all my experiences with them have been just as professional as the service I had before. Dylan Steven and Aryn in the service department are great. They make it very easy and accommodating when it comes time to do service on our vehicles. Thank you for your commitment and taking care of me, my family and my business vehicles.
When I arrived.my appointment was ready! No waiting! I sat and relaxed in a very clean and comfortable waiting area while my car was serviced. 45 minutes I later I was on my way again. The service representative, Aaron, was very nice. All in all a great experience.
Do not buy a vehicle at Dick Hannah. My company purchased an expensive work truck brand new and it’s started only intermittently. We got it in December. Several times now we’ve had them look at it and not only do they not replicate it, they go totally silent and let the people in service have to deal with it all on their own. Only the fleet sales manager has attempted to help from inside the dealership but she never got the gsm to reach out to us. It’s cost my company thousands of dollars in lost time. We have not regretted anything this seriously. Nice? Yeah. They are “nice” but it’s not a good place to spend a lot of hard earned money. You will regret it.
I thought I was going to have to wait an exceptional amount of time for a complicated recall on my car but they did it in half the time. I was very pleased with their work and the time it took to fix it. I had to wait at the dealership during the repairs. A nice surprise!
Came in for check engine light. Staff at the service desk were polite and helpful. My ride fell through so they provided a car and driver to take me home. Truck was scheduled for 2 days to repair. When I went back 4 hours after dropping it off to retrieve my keys to my other vehicle the work was completed and was being test driven. I took possession of my truck and brought it home. Great service. Highly recommend.
