Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions about owning, maintaining and using my first coach safely and to its potential. Based on the positive experience that I had with the purchase process, Johnson RV was my first call when looking to sell the rig in early 2026. I worked with Bob in their purchasing dept and he moved forward very quickly from there. Bob was courteous and professional and did not overpromise what they could do to help facilitate this sale. After making the decision to sell our RV we tried selling it on our own, lots of lookers but no sale. Then we tried RV Trader where we had lots of scammers a couple of interested buys but again nothing. Dan and Ryan from Johnson RV contacted me about putting the RV on consignment. I live in Colorado and they are in Washington and Oregon. Was this another scam? After doing some research we decided to take them up on the offer. They sent a very nice lady out to the house to pick up the RV, and just a little over a week later the RV was sold! The paperwork and all took a little longer than I expected but through it all Dan and Ryan communicated well and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend them. We wanted to down-size to a smaller RV and Dan Grimes worked with us to get our Jayco Melbourne Prestige sold on consignment. He arranged to have the unit picked up at our home in the SF Bay Area and had it sold within the agreed 90 days at the agreed price. We highly recommend Johnson RV.
