Frank Borges coordinated the body work repair and painting of our coach. They were able to repair the coach and have it back on the road in 3-days. Entire process went very smoothly, without a hitch. Everyone we met at Johnson's RV was courteous and professional. Should we need work done to our coach in the future we will certainly bring it into Johnson's RV Service Department and see Frank Borges and his associates. I would add that Master Painter Mike Curtis and his crew did a fabulous job of matching and blending the custom paint and design on our coach. JOB WELL DONE! After an unfortunate but minor mishap with my 5th wheel trailer, I was concerned that we could get it repaired before we started back to our home in North Carolina. I contacted Johnson RV center and spoke with Frank Borges, the Service Manager, and he immediately put me at ease. His confidence and expertise were evident as he took charge of the situation, working with our insurance company to complete the repairs in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with their work. I cannot speak highly enough about Mr. Borges and his team of technicians. In my opinion he went above and beyond in assisting me and getting us back on the road!

I went to this place #1 because I needed warranty service and only had 3 shops as options within driving distance. #2 because the Fife Johnson's was unfriendly nor helpful. #3 had the shortest wait times still over 6 weeks though!! Let me tell you it was by for the perfect experience. We had several issues and a lack of communication in the beginning. However Nicole was so sweet the whole time and I truly felt she did her best. These shops are all under staffed on techs especially with the rapid growth of the RV industry during the peak of Covid. That being said the things that went wrong mostly are understandable given our first tech was no longer there and the second was starting with little knowledge of the issue. We were looking for a more personal touch with confidence in the repairs that needed to be done. Frank was everything we wanted. He was so nice, explained everything very carefully and was honest. We had a ‘run-in’ with an errant E-bike that T-boned our Class-B RV van and caused some body damage. Having no personal experience with any repair shops in the area, we resorted on Google reviews and we chose Johnson’s RV collision center to do our body repair work, even though their shop is quite a distance away from us.
