The driver arrived for the repairs, and that’s when the problems started! The driver has the right to ask what you are doing so that he is not cheated and can drive safely afterward. Your employees were very rude in communication. At first, they quoted one price, but after the repairs were done, they said the parts were more expensive and named a sum higher than what we had agreed upon.
