I had a great experience with Jeremy. He and the team were able to work out a deal/numbers to get me into a new lease on a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. From start to finish the entire process was quick and seamless. Jeremy listened and even provided answers to my follow-up questions after I took ownership of the vehicle. Was on the market for a new car so my husband and I went to check out Elmwood Dodge in East Providence. I test drove a jeep I found online, but then I saw the 2025 Grand Cherokee limited black edition in the show room, and my mind was made up. Ron was extremely helpful throughout the whole entire process from getting me the keys to test drive the first car, to giving me the keys to my brand new Jeep! The whole process was seamless and I was able to bring home my new Jeep the same night (which was a great surprise). Everyone at the dealership is very friendly, would 10/10 recommend!

I generally don’t leave bad reviews but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. Unfortunately my Ram pickup had multiple issues all at once and it was a hefty bill which I totally understand. I needed my valves and lifters changed (5k), heater core and evaporator swapped (2500) out and of course battery and brakes as well. Total for everything was right around $8500. First issue: I had a huge gauge in my door handle that was very obvious and they tried to pass over it. I called them as soon as I seen it. Scott told me that he would see what they can do. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They botched a simple oil change on my $55k Jeep Grand Cherokee (only 9k miles) They couldn’t even do that right. They failed to seal the oil filter properly, which caused oil to leak everywhere and nearly destroyed my engine. I could have lost my car over their incompetence. When I brought the Jeep back to have them fix their mistake, instead of making things right, they did an even sloppier job. My floor mats were destroyed by their nasty work boots. They didn’t even bother to cover the floor mats but instead I was left with oil stains all over my interior as well. Not only did they put my vehicle at risk, they showed no respect for my property. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a nurturing feel. They took care of me. First Dede at the front desk and then Vinny who Sold me this beautiful jeep compass! We laughed. We joked.
