He knew a young 15 year old was coming to buy a car (used) prob not in the best condition which I took him to do. The experience wasn’t necessarily bad buying but once we left and went to get registered he never disclosed it was a salvage title(I should’ve checked but thought this would’ve been mentioned during purchasing) which in ga requires a lot before being deemed safe. Therefore the 15 year old spent his hard earned money and was left with a car that he can’t drive or would’ve had to sink thousands into before he could. He didn’t have that kind of money. He definitely took advantage of him in my eyes.

Used their U-Haul services this week. They were both friendly and professional. Made the whole experience seamless and easy. We will definitely use them again in the future.

(Bad experience) They sold me a car saying it was just a sensor problem that cost $34 when in fact the entire hybrid in the car is faulty. The first time I tried to troubleshoot the problem he said he couldn't help me because he was selling the car as is (but he said the lights were due to an O2 sensor). After that he never responded to me again. I have all the messages saved.

Family owned and operated business that puts people above just selling a car. Elvis went above all my expectations on making sure I purchased a reliable used car especially being a woman who knows very little about cars. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a used reliable car.

In the 4 years that I have lived in Greenville I don’t think I have spoken to a ruder individual than the owner of Elvis (note he also owns rental 1 next door). It’s worth noting that we were using him for a U-Haul rental and not auto repair (but based on his attitude I would NEVER trust my vehicle with him). He refused to leave his office to rent a trailer we booked online and then SCREAMED into the phone at my husband, I was in the passenger seat and could hear every word he was so loud. BY FAR the WORST customer service we have experienced in South Carolina. If I could give him zero stars I would. I would not trust someone with that unstable of an attitude with my vehicle for 1 second. Proceed with caution
