We are from Illinois, where the accident occurred in Florida. One advantage to that was that when the repairs were complete and we picked up the jeep, it received more than a thousand-mile shakedown trip home. Everything was perfect; it was as if "it never happened". Arianne kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. I scheduled my 2016 Traverse in for some warranty work as well as some additional work. These folks are most professional and very good at what they do. I was notified every step of the way and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. My vehicle looks better now than it has in years. These folks really care, and it shows. The team here was very efficient with my time which I am incredibly grateful for. The communication between them, the insurance company, and the rental company was smooth without hiccups. They even went above and beyond by touching up some spots and cleaning out my car. It’s the little things that make a big difference and it was excellent. I'm am 100% happy to see my beautiful truck Madea restored to her pretty little self after a rear end collison. She came out looking brand new, detailed inside and out (4 years of hard to remove dog hair and Montana mud thanks y'all!) Communication was spot on with Arianne via text and phone calls for updates.
