Emergency Starting & Towing, L.L.C.

They did an awesome job! Price was very fair highly recommended

*$210 for a pull out of snow* The only thing I’m happy about is getting my car out of 3 feet snow on the side of the rode. They arrived within 10 minutes which is why they get more than 1 star. Ryan was not pleasant to deal with. He arrived asked what I needed to do and he said “just sit in the car” I asked if it needed to be in neutral he said yes. It literally took him 5 minutes to pull me out. I was told it would be $210 for the pull out. I only had $150. I was trying to talk with Ryan about how expensive it is and he just brushed me off saying “trucks aren’t cheap”. I am thankful they worked with me on the payment but come on. I felt like I was nothing but a dollar sign. Considering the weather conditions in this state you would think they would try to help people out a little more.

If you are needing an efficient, on-time and fair priced Emergency 🦺 Starting or Tow, call Ryan and his team! I highly recommend this 50+ year old experienced Company.

I’m thankful that they were able to get me out of the ditch, hence why at least 2 stars. But I will not use them again. Driver admitted going to wrong location. After an hour of waiting, they showed up and began hooking my car. All they said was for me to stay in car...nothing else. Few minutes of them attempting to get me out of ditch...and pulling my bummper half way off he then asked if my car was in neutral and I said “no, you never told me to put it in neutral” They successfully got my car out of the ditch and we drove to a safer location for payment. I brought up my bumper and the guy said that my bumper was already damaged from the snow. I told him that’s not true because I assessed my car right after I ended up in the ditch and the only part of my car that was in the snow was the f
