Emperor Auto / Store It All

Terrible place for vehicles. The cars are great but the people isn’t. Why does it take 3-5 days for an answer? Well I’ll tell you, the lady and guy inside the office isn’t useful for anything, they literally got to wait for the manager for a answer which is hardly even there and then you need thousands of documents and it won’t be reviewed until the manager is there. So what is the other employees useful for if he runs it and is never there 💀💀💀 I offered to put 4k down on a 10k car. And it was still a no. Mind you it’s in house financing. They don’t wanna sell anything to anyone 💀💀💀💀💀

Susie, Alex and the rest of the company are just awesome down there. They try there best to work with you to keep you happy with the vehicle that you're purchasing from them and if you're short for a legitimate reason they'll do their best to work it out with you so that you don't loose your vehicle. They're the bomb and I can't say anymore positive praises for that crew down there.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the course of 14 years and have never had any issue. Alex, their mechanic, is very honest and thorough when he inspects their vehicles. Susie, in the office, is up front and friendly. They are trustworthy all around. We wont do business with anyone else.

I was going through a seperation & came to them with desperation. I had bought a vehicle from them before & thought surely I'll be able to get another one. My other vehicle was paid off with no late or missed payments. I went in and test drove a vehicle. They told me how much I needed down & what the total was. I went & got a loan and was told by them that I needed to get approved first. I was getting rides to and from work so I was needing the process to move quickly as possible. They called me once and said they needed extra paperwork to which I sent. Then after a day of not hearing from them, I called and she said I had been denied??? I thought how??? I've bought a car from yall? She said that the manager said I didn't show consistency with my payments??? Again HOW??? She said she would
