Our son's Ram 2500 diesel was having transmission problems and we took it to Empire Automotive on a Thursday for diagnostics. Chris called me the next morning to let me know the transmission was in fact toast and would need replacement. However, he had good news for us. Trust is an important factor in working with any repair shop. I have found them to be thorough in their diagnostic and they do what is best for the client by taking the time to exam all possibilities to fix issues. You can trust what they tell you and that the repair is done to the highest standards.
