Negligence and Poor Customer Service: My experience with Empire has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Their lack of negligence caused the lapse of my insurance policy, and the company failed to inform me about my policy expiration, as a result, my policy lapsed, leaving me uninsured at a critical time. When I contacted customer service to address the issue, I was placed on hold for long periods and shuffled between agents who either didn’t have answers or seemed indifferent to my concerns, even after multiple follow-ups, the agents I spoke to showed no urgency or responsibility in resolving the situation caused by the oversight.

When my partner and I were looking to buy our first house and switch over car insurance to bundle, we reached out to Nick Williams for help. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions via email and phone over a period of several months. He took time to educate us along the way which we are very thankful for! We feel taken care of, ended up saving more money than any other plans we were quoted for elsewhere, and know that if anything pops up Nick will be there!
