I had constant communication with Trinidad for well over 2 weeks regarding a Chrysler 300 he had listed recently. Beautiful car. We were supposed to come down to see the vehicle and more than likely purchase the vehicle on multiple occasions but he kept giving excuses-it's in the shop, the guys took it to be washed-it's getting fixed, blah blah blah. He marked the listing "pending" for us as we were simply waiting for him to say the car was ready for us to come view and purchase. We had been ready to purchase for well over a week, but he just kept giving excuses. He kept reassuring me it was a good car, that it was his old car but he upgraded, that he is trustworthy, that he would not give me a bad car. English is horrible by the way but we made it work. Worst experience in this dealership. Lack of communication & charge me with a car loaner & took the title from my folder without letting me know. I just realize it today when I get to revenue to get it register.
