My experience with this auto body shop was very unpleasant. I dropped my vehicle off for repair 9/30 and emailed a photo estimate the same day. I was told that a supplement would be submitted to my insurance company. After calling my insurance company almost every day to see if anything was submitted, my insurance company tells me that there was never a supplement submitted. I called ensign 10/4 to inform them that my insurance company did not see a request so finally someone over at ensign submits the supplement. My car sat there for a whole entire week without any work being done while I’m paying for a rental for no reason at all.
