Good easy experience. My uncle got into an accident with his savanna van and I referred him to my local truck rental branch in saybrook that I rent from often, always had such a good experience with enterprise, anyways they rented him a van and then Mike from car sales reached out to find a replacement for him, Mike worked day in and day out to find exactly what he wanted all while enterprise was handing his insurance and claim behind the scene. After Mike found the van he wanted they arranged the arrival of the van we went and picked it up and was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Mike made the experience fun and easy.
