I needed a car quickly after mine was totaled in an accident. I was renting from Enterprise and they informed me that they sold cars also so I went to Lancaster, the nearest location. The sales staff were welcoming and attentive to my needs, and both the car and the dealership got good reviews so I opted to purchase a 2024 Sonata. That's when things changed. First I had to wait to pick up the car because the check sent to them by my bank sat on another manager's desk for most of a day unopened. Then when I was getting the car the manager, Stefan, was showing it to me and explaining features. He told me the car had remote start capability with the fob, but said that the writing on the fob button must have worn off.
