I've bought a few used cars in the past 50 years - and my purchase here was the best experience. Found a vehicle at a fair price with Gary's help in the aftermath of a snowstorm - when I picked it up, the paperwork was a cinch, ready to sign. The car had been detailed and fueled up, new plate installed. Low pressure sales, patient - and I drove several vehicles - without condescension (as a 'mature' woman I appreciate that, especially). Was able to take to my regular mechanic who found only an air filter to change in a ten year old vehicle. Took my car home feeling I'd dealt with forthright people. Five stars.

Just wanted to share how patient and kind the staff were at LCM. They were very easy to work with and flexible on purchasing options for a car. Highly recommend. Kolin and Ted were genuinely caring. They gave me a solid trade-in value for my car and held the one I was interested in while I worked out admin details with the dmv in my home state. Definitely a 5 star experience and will be coming back.

Picked a vehicle did the paperwork and drove off 2 hours later, and they even had it detailed and fueled up before I left. Quick and easy, very friendly and answered every question. Will definitely purchase again when I'm in need of another vehicle!!

Fast service, accommodating staff. Was also greeted and had an offer made to trade in and up my Santa Cruz. I was in no way pressured and I was very tempted. I will be checking out more of my options the next time I'm in for service.
