Efficient and easy to work with! I really appreciate how simple it was to get an estimate. I needed the hinges replaced on the hatch of my RAV4 and they did so even faster than originally quoted, plus they returned the car thoroughly washed and looking great. Will definitely use LTM again!

My nearly new Crosstrek was involved in a fender-bender, causing damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle, including the grill, fender, hood and right front door. Lancaster County Motors recommended LTM Collision Center, and I received an appointment for a little more than three weeks away. Due to damage more severe than had been estimated, my SUV spent a little over two weeks in the shop. When completed I was happy to see that my Crosstrek was good as new with a great paint job and working sensors. The shop also assisted in a rental from Enterprise, a short distance away. I have no hesitation in recommending LTM Collision Center for auto repair. (The after-picture shows shadows and is not indicative of the repair but you get the idea.)

I brought my 2017 toyota rav 4 in several weeks ago because another driver hit my car door. LTM replaced the door and repainted the driver's side of the car. I was initially worried that they would mess up the color (it a dark shimmery purple) and I would be stuck with a multicolored car. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car back 3 weeks ago; it was perfect! It took them two weeks but they got it right the first time so I don't mind that it took a while. The kind gentleman that oversaw the repairs was named Steve and he kept me informed on the progress they were making and ensured that the car was in pristine condition.
