Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Going into a car dealership ship is scary and time consuming. Most of the time ends with bad news (at least for me) I’ve never had a good experience buying a car. My brother was in a tight spot and needed a reliable vehicle, still owed on his last car, and was scared about high payments he can’t afford. Anna listened to him and was very kind throughout the whole process. I must say this was the best experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle. When I’m ready for a new car I know where I’ll be going! Thank you so much Anna I’d give you 100 stars if I could! Seeing my brother able to leave in his new car was a proud big sister moment, I couldn’t be happier!

We've used Enterprise several times recently and had great experiences each time. With our son at college several hours drive away, we have decided to rent our vehicle after 2 trips in our own. The first time we needed to move him in, & I reserved a mid sized SUV. It wasn't until the night before picking up the vehicle that I saw just how much he was moving. When we arrived, we looked at a Hyundai Palisades and it was great, but just a little too small for 4 adults and all his stuff, so we changed on the spot to a Jeep Wagoneer. This was perfect, and the Enterprise staff were very understanding that the size of the load was underestimated and were able to easily pivot to meet our needs. More recently we wanted a "luxury" sedan to take & the car wasn't available, so they bumped us up a grad

After our auto accident, the rental process with Enterprise went smoothly. The representatives we worked with were helpful and polite, and the car was in tip shape.

Staff were helpful along every step of the way in the rental process. If I had to, I'd go with them again.
