Enterprise Rent-A-Car

What a joke. Why even have the option of reserving a rental in advance? A month and a half in advance — check back a week before and still NOTHING— we’ll know more on Monday —we’ll call you —yeah right —to ask if I want something else I didn’t reserve a month and a half ago. Doesn’t really matter because when I show up at 3:15 (they close at 4pm and the rules are to show up early to accommodate closing time). ABSOLUTELY NOTHING READY. Was told being I’m here before 4 they would make sure to clean and prep a vehicle for me yet today. By who?? No one there!! For a vehicle class I did not reserve a month and a half in advance. Walk away before putting yourself through the stress is my advice.

Rented a car was very nice and clean. Shawn was very helpful. Have rented before and will again.

First of all, Shawn is great. He does his job and tries to make you happy. The problem is he is the ONLY person working here. Where is everyone else? I've been to other locations in smaller towns that have 4 or 5 guys working. Enterprise, get a clue! No one wants to wait over a half hour in a small town to get waited on!

We had a great experience with our rental ..Shawn was great to work with and everything was simple, friendly , and attentive. Will rent from them again.

A planned drive out of state and an unplanned vehicle repair led me to a week rental. What I experienced was great service (thank you Anthony) and a clean, recently released 4WD by Buick and at a palatable price. Alexandria is lucky to have Enterprise.
