Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Altus Oklahoma is in bad shape the enterprise business is losing its grip om what they are supposed to do best .. i won't be doing businesses with them again period. I lost my job because of a reservation . I made in advance. The level of unprofessional that I experienced here it was bad . Im a very out going person I've seen alot in my life time but I always find a way to understand to say ths least how somethings just happen In life . Butt not this.. i always find a way to see the good in things but this place i just was not able to do that here

All I can say is good luck. They canceled my rental a week before my trip and only offered me a small suv when I rented a 7 passenger premium plus vehicle. When I asked the manager to help me find another vehicle he said that was to much work and I could call the other branches myself. They aren't staffed to provide quality service. I ended up driving to Norman for a vehicle.

I was involved in a wreck on St. Patrick’s day and Kevin ended up staying past closing time just to check-in a car for me so I didn’t have to go without one. I appreciated that greatly! He also made the process of switching from private pay to insurance pay seamless. If Kevin hasn’t had a raise lately he definitely deserves one! I don’t leave reviews often, but I think it’s always important to point out when someone goes above and beyond for their customers.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with Enterprise’s handling of our recent vehicle reservation. We reserved a large vehicle weeks in advance to accommodate eight passengers and our luggage for a scheduled trip. The reservation was specifically made early to ensure Enterprise had sufficient time to secure a vehicle large enough to meet our needs. The pickup was scheduled for today, Monday, June 30th, at 12:00 PM. However, at approximately 8:30 AM this morning—just a few hours before our scheduled pickup—we received a call from our local Enterprise branch informing us that the vehicle would not be available due to it not having a tag. While the vehicle itself was reportedly on-site, the lack of proper documentation made it undriveab

The one guy who was there for my pickup and drop-off was awesome, 10/10! When you reserve, call instead of using the website. The website doesn't know what kinds of cars they actually have and lets you reserve cars that they don't have. I booked online and reserved a car they didn't have, but he took great care of me and got me a different car!
