Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Called enterprise after calling a tow truck due to some car troubles on the turnpike. Middle of winter, we needed somewhere to give us some help. Called and spoke with Andy- Andy let us know that we were too far for him to help us… we were 12 miles away or 20 minutes. Instead of just helping us he gave us a number to call due to there being no Ubers or taxis in the area. We called this random number and spoke with a lady who would come get us and take us back to enterprise for pick up. We let Andy know we spoke with the person he recommended and that she could get us there by 5:10. They close at 5. He lets us know that he would not be there and that he would not be able to help us. If we didn’t have family within 2 hours we would have been totally stranded in a car for the evening. Ther

this enterprise was very helpful. worked hard to get me in a car asap that fit my needs. Andy has been very helpful and a great communicator throughout this process. I will be using this branch again! Update: Throughout the course of the last month my insurance and vehicle situation Andy continued to be a big help and didnt pressure me at all with the palisade. 5 Stars from a father who was grateful to have a safe well maintained vehicle for his kids!

Grateful to have been a customer. We hit a deer and totaled our own car and Enterprise had a rental for us the same afternoon! They were able to extend our rental for us every day that we needed it.

Enterprise is a great company to rent a vehicle from. Employees very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. I will recommend them to anybody and I would definitely rent from them again.
