Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car while ours was in the shop. We drove it to family's house 45 minutes away for a Christmas celebration and one time to McDonald's. Aside from that, it sat in our private driveway. They had the audacity to call and say they found a dent (we inspected the vehicle THOROUGHLY before we drove it out of their lot and before bringing it back). My guess is one of the employees hit something while moving it and thought hey, why not try to blame the previous renters because how ironic they found NOTHING when we looked over it together. It was over 24 hours after we brought it back that they "found" said dent. Don't risk renting from here and IF you do, get their little $30/40 damage protection because that's the ONLY thing that saved us from having to pay for their own property damage. A

oct 2025--Plenty of staff this time. Everyone was very friendly. Made sure I was comfortable with the car they chose for me. Was really nice when I dropped the car off. sept 2025---Never enough counter staff. Always a wait. Was lied to about being able to pay rental with debit card and deposit on a credit card. Didn't have a clean SUV. I was able to go down to a sedan and he did waive gas fee because of all the hassle.

Manny and staff at the Apple Valley location were very efficient and provided excellent customer service. The process went very smooth. I watched staff make it a point to greet every customer pleasantly as they came in the door. Would highly recommend.

Emma (Emily?) at this Enterprise office in Apple Valley, MN is fabulous! We had an issue and she resolved it very quickly and went the extra mile. She deserves recognition for high quality customer service.

Our sales rep Nick was courteous and efficient. He explained the process thoroughly. Our vehicle served us well, and when we returned, the process was completed with ease. We will definitely go back to Enterprise if we ever need to rent again.
