The rental car was totally clean and had a full tank of gas. And what impressed me the most was the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the Branch Rental Manager (Barstow, California), Ms. Kelly True. Thanks!
They are very welcoming and get the process done quick. They always have very clean cars and always answer all the questions I have asked! I will definitely be going back.
I had some car trouble on the 15 between Las Vegas and LA. Stopped at the Barstow location. Kelly True, the manager, was unable to exchange cars, but was able to get me to a nearby tire repair shop to have the issue quickly fixed. She was helpful and professional. I appreciated the help! On a side note, Enterprise doesn't have an email to send compliments about employees which is stupid.
We recently rented a Chrysler Van from Enterprise in Barstow. The staff in the office had excellent customer service and made the process fast and easy. The vehicle was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely be using this location for our future rental needs.
Kelly is the best. She works hard and takes care of every customer. It’s always been a smooth process renting a car, and turning it in. Barstow is my favorite location.
