Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The absolute best service of any car rental place I've ever been! I will ONLY rent cars from Enterprise from now on. Caleb and Jack are friendly, helpful and went well above & beyond to take good care of me. The first rental car I picked up just didn't work and they made the exchange easy. I wish every business I worked with had people as helpful and wonderful as the Enterprise Team!

Fantastic experience with Enterprise! The staff here went above and beyond — not only did they offer me an upgrade, but they also made sure I got a discount and kept me within budget. They even dropped me off exactly where I needed to be, which was such a thoughtful extra step. It’s rare to find a team this attentive and genuinely customer-focused. They asked multiple times if I needed anything else and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A great group of guys, and I would gladly return here for their outstanding service. It was a good experience I needed the car for 5 hours they came and picked us up the main problem I had was I let them choose the car because it was the cheapest option and I only needed it for 5 hours and the steering was very hard to do like it needed power steering fluid and the kicker is that it was the car he drove to pick us up in so he knew it needed it but yet he still chose to let us drive it because again it was HIS choice (I cant say it enough) but all in all it did get us to our destinations and back and they were very professional.

After being in an accident, I had barely any time to find a rental company. Enterprise went above and beyond to help me. Their service was amazing, and they were incredibly accommodating with switching my car and handling the drop-off. They made a difficult situation so much easier. I specifically spoke with Caleb multiple times and he worked with me to swap out one of my rentals when it was having issues. We rented a mid size suv for 10 days exploring North Shore. It was busy at pickup but the staff was super accommodating. Definitely a high energy positive vibe. Both the service and the vehicle exceeded my expectations. The offsite experience was definitely better than the airport.even the after hour drop off was easy and secure.
